Antique French heavy and ornate gilt metal bronze d'or pair of double wall lights

A wonderful pair of old large and heavy French gilt metal double wall lights.
These wall lights are classical in design with scrolling leaves, twisted finials and fluted trumpets to hold the bulbs.
The light fitting on each is covered by a mock candle sleeve with wax drips, these are slightly tatty and mismatched but replacements can be bought at homeware stores and online if you prefer. The finish of these light fittings is antique gilt colour and the metal is heavy bronze d'or.
Size approx height 27.5cm, width 26cm, depth 14cm. Our French lighting is measured by the ornate metal pieces and does not include the bulb holder or candle sleeve.
As with all vintage and antique lighting, these should be wired and installed by a qualified electrician.

Please allow plenty of transit time, as European post is notoriously slow! Please also note that deliveries within France are made to a Pont Relais collection point, there are usually a number of these located in shops and supermarkets in each town, and you will be given the opportunity to specify which one you prefer. Deliveries to other European destinations are generally to your doorstep.
