Antique French collectors item glass chemists medicine tisane does Chartreux de Durbon bottle

Genuine collectors item and great display piece, this antique or vintage French pharmacie bottle was formed from pressed glass, in a faceted form, flat sided shape with impressed letters on the side. There is also a medicinal cross in a cartouche. This tincture or herbal tea was made by the Chartreux freres and was a well known French product in the last century.
Originally the bottle would have had a cork.
The contents would have been a medicine, herbal tea or tincture which claimed some amazing curative properties.

Size approx 16cm high and 8.5cm wide.

We are able to post out parcels from Metropolitan France and shipping fees are shown. Please allow plenty of transit time, as European post is notoriously slow!

Otherwise I will select the shop with the longest opening hours within your area. Deliveries to most other European destinations are generally to your doorstep unless it is much cheaper to use Pont Relais.
