Vintage rosette rope plait and silk thread tassel tiebacks pair

A wonderful pair of vintage or antique silky thread rope twist and rosette topped tassel tiebacks.
The tassels are attached to a plaited cord rope in the same thread colours as the tassel, and at the top of the ropes is a hand sewn braid rosette. The cords simply tie around your curtain. These items could be from the late Nineteenth or early Twentieth century.
The length of the cords is approx 92cm one side, and 78cm the other side, the tassel part in total is 18cm long.
I'm not sure of the thread content of these items, they could be silk, cotton, rayon or man made fibres, or a blend. The threads are wound over a wooden base shape. The work is quite intricate with bands of hand stitching and braid.
Price is for two curtain tie-backs, a pair. Each pair has two tassels.
